Military Bands Everywhere

on Saturday 7th September, the Royal Welsh Regiment celebrated it's tercentenary in Cardiff Castle with a Party in the Castle event. The Whole regimental family came together with regulars, reserves, cadets, veterans and guests from around the world.

Members of 1st Battalion Royal Welsh provided a ceremonial guard to the castle, the 41st Regiment of Foot Reenactors from Canada gave displays, so did the Military Wives Choir and the Regimental Band and Corps of Drums of the Royal Welsh who entertained visitors throughout the day before ending the celebrations with a full Beating Retreat inside the castle grounds.
